This End User Licence Agreement (EULA) covers the Tipd mobile application and its updates. The licensor is Black Bubble Solutions Ltd trading as Tipd, company number 09553653, of 3rd Floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NE.
It applies when you accept it in connection with obtaining or using the application. The Terms and Conditions govern accounts, payments, Teams, fees, refunds and recovery. The Privacy Policy explains personal information. This EULA grants a software licence; it does not change the ownership of payment funds.
We grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Tipd on compatible devices you own or control, for its functions authorised by the Terms, primarily tipping and donations and in accordance with the relevant store's usage rules. Anyone registering for a Tipd account must be at least 18 and meet the eligibility and verification requirements in the Terms.
This licence covers updates unless a separate licence is supplied for a particular update. It does not give you ownership of our software, branding or other intellectual property, or permission to resell or sublicense the application.
Do not copy, alter, distribute, rent, sell or reverse engineer the application, remove ownership notices, bypass security, interfere with its operation or use unauthorised automation, except where the law gives you a right that cannot be excluded. You must also follow the Acceptable Use Policy.
You may use authorised Tipd links, QR codes and profile-sharing features for their intended purposes. A licence restriction does not prohibit legitimate business use by an operator, Recipient or charity under the Terms.
Supported devices and operating-system versions are those identified in the relevant current app-store listing. You need a compatible device and internet access and are responsible for your connection charges.
We may provide updates for security, compatibility, law or service changes, and may require a supported version to continue using affected features. We will provide updates and notice required by applicable law. We do not promise indefinite support for every device or obsolete operating system.
The application processes account, device and service information as explained in the Privacy Policy. The Natively wrapper displays the Bubble web application and uses necessary session and security storage; optional analytics and advertising tracking are not enabled in the app. See the Cookie Policy. An operating-system permission is not permission for unrelated use of information. We do not acquire unrestricted rights to the contents of your device by licensing the app.
You retain ownership of content you provide. The limited service licence in section 11 of the Terms applies; there is no separate perpetual right here to sell your images, messages or identity or use them as endorsements.
Tipd provides application support at support@tipd.co and +44 (0)161 706 1952. We provide the application and Services with reasonable care and skill and preserve all warranties and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Section 14 of the Terms governs responsibility and liability. Its consumer protections, non-excludable liabilities and protection of funds also apply here. We do not impose a separate nominal cap, shorten mandatory limitation periods or require a consumer to discover every defect immediately after installation.
For an app obtained through Apple, this agreement is with Tipd, not Apple. Tipd is responsible for the app, its content, support, applicable warranties and product, consumer and privacy claims. Apple has no maintenance or support duty.
Use is limited to Apple-branded products you own or control under Apple's usage rules, including permitted Family Sharing or volume-purchase access. These permissions do not allow sharing a verified Tipd account.
For breach of an applicable app warranty, you may notify Apple for reimbursement of any app purchase price. To the lawful extent, Apple has no further warranty responsibility; other related claims remain Tipd's responsibility.
Tipd handles investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of third-party claims that the app infringes intellectual property. Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce this EULA as third-party beneficiaries.
You confirm you are not in a US-embargoed country or one designated by the US as supporting terrorism, and are not on a US prohibited-party list. Comply with applicable third-party agreements. Apple's mandatory usage rules prevail where necessary.
For an app obtained through Google Play, comply with Google's applicable store terms. Google is not the provider of the Tipd service. This EULA does not grant Google additional enforcement rights merely because it distributes the application, or override any mandatory rights you have against a store.
Ryft's payment arrangements remain separate. Refunds of payments made through Tipd are handled under the Refund Policy, not as refunds of an app-store purchase. The app is currently free to download; payment-processing fees are explained separately.
You may end use by uninstalling the application. Uninstalling does not close your Tipd account, resolve a balance or remove accrued obligations. Use the account-deletion process or contact support for those matters.
We may suspend or end this licence for the reasons and with the safeguards in section 12 of the Terms. Stop using the application when the licence ends, while retaining any records you are lawfully entitled or required to keep. Balance and refund rights do not disappear because the licence ends.
We may update this EULA as described in section 13 of the Terms. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights. The law of England and Wales applies, with the consumer protections and court rights preserved in section 15 of the Terms.
