This policy explains cookies and similar technologies on www.tipd.co, the Tipd web application and guest payment pages at app.tipd.co, and the Tipd native app. Tipd is operated by Black Bubble Solutions Ltd. Our Privacy Policy explains related information and your rights.
Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and other ways of storing information on or accessing a device. Rules can apply even where a technology is called cookieless or does not identify you by name. Session storage may end with a session; persistent items remain until expiry or deletion.
We use technologies necessary for requested functions such as maintaining a session or login, securing requests, preventing abuse, processing payments and remembering cookie choices. Depending on the page, providers include Bubble, Webflow, Cloudflare and Ryft. On Webflow forms, Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection may analyse browser and interaction signals, such as mouse movements and input activity, to detect automated submissions. Cloudflare states that Turnstile does not access, store or transmit user communications, form entries or other page inputs. This security processing is used to protect form submission, not for optional analytics or marketing. An item is treated as necessary only for an applicable necessary purpose; being supplied by a payment provider does not make every use exempt from consent.
Bubble session cookies use names based on the application's internal name, including tipperapp_live_u2main, tipperapp_live_u2main.sig and tipperapp_u1main. They support session identity, login and current-user functions. Cloudflare's _cfuvid cookie distinguishes visitors sharing an IP address for security rate limiting. Necessary payment technologies support the payment you request. These identifiers are not the contents of your card, and we do not publish cookie values.
Necessary technologies do not require an optional-tracking choice where the applicable legal exception is met. Blocking them may prevent a login, payment or another requested function from working.
We store your website cookie preferences in a first-party local-storage record called tipd_consent_v1. This records the categories you choose, the version of the notice, when you made the choice and when it expires. We keep this preference for six months unless you clear it or a material change requires a new choice. This record is used to remember your preferences, not as an advertising identifier.
With your consent on www.tipd.co, we use:
Google Analytics is controlled by the Analytics category. Meta/Facebook Pixel and Brandjet are controlled by the Marketing category. Both categories are off until you choose to allow them. You can allow one without allowing the other.
These optional tools remain off unless you consent through the website controls. We do not treat continuing to browse, accepting the Terms, signing up or paying as consent. A tool being described by its supplier as cookieless or privacy-friendly does not replace the controls applying to our use.
Our website provides its own cookie banner and preference controls. You can select Accept all, Reject optional or Manage preferences. You can reopen the controls using Cookie settings in the footer to change or withdraw your permission. Closing the preference panel without saving does not change your choice. Refusal does not prevent you from using the website's necessary services.
We normally remember acceptance and rejection for six months. We may request a new choice earlier if the purposes materially change. The preference panel explains each optional category, its providers, the technologies used and their lifetimes. Browser limits may shorten cookie lifetimes, and some provider cookies may be renewed on subsequent visits. Cookie expiry is separate from the provider's retention of information already collected.
When you turn off a category that is already active, we save your new choice and refresh the page to stop its scripts. Please save any unfinished form first. We remove known tracking cookies that our website can access, but cannot remove every cookie held by another provider or information already transmitted. Withdrawal applies to future optional tracking and does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You can also remove stored cookies through your browser settings.
You can inspect and remove stored items through browser or device settings. Removing a preference item may mean you are asked again. Browser tools and the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, where supported, are additional controls rather than substitutes for the choices we provide. Contact support if the website preference control is unavailable or appears not to work.
We do not run optional analytics or advertising tracking in app.tipd.co, its guest payment pages or the Tipd native app. These services use the necessary session, payment and security technologies described above. They do not require acceptance of optional tracking to sign in, receive funds or make a payment.
The native app uses Natively to display the Bubble application within an embedded browser. Necessary browser storage can therefore operate inside the app as well as in a normal browser. Device permissions for a requested feature do not constitute consent to unrelated tracking.
The marketing-website cookie controls do not automatically control another website or a native app. Following a link to Ryft, a booking service or another provider's external website may expose you to that provider's separate technologies, notice and controls. This distinction does not remove our responsibility for integrations we include in Tipd.
We will update this policy when technologies or purposes change and provide any required choice before introducing optional tracking on a new surface. Our Privacy Policy explains access, deletion, objection and complaint rights.
